H.R.5569 was the Bill in Congress that would have renewed the EB-5 program for 5 years. Apparently this bill won’t be tabled again.  Most people think the EB-5 Program will be extended for three years. The website states that the US Congress will be back in session on Tuesday, 8th September. No news about the EB-5 renewal.
