EB-5 Projects: Availability and Contacts
last updated on: 6th October 2009

I requested details from each Regional Center on the list. It appears that many RCs are inactive. I’ve also discovered that it is important to distinguish between the Business, the Project, and the Regional Center. Here is the info in the order in which it arrived.

American Life, Inc.
(Gold Rainbow/Freedom Fund RC)
Henry Liebman, President, writes:
David, if you truly offer objective information you will be performing a public service.
Richard Robinson, UK Managing Agent, writes:
David, thank you for contacting me as the UK representative for American Life.  As far as I know we are the only Regional Center to have a UK office and to have had our investments assessed by the UK’s Financial Services Authority. It is also the only one which has American as well as immigrant investors. The split is almost 50/50. This gives our UK investors the assurance that American Life is offering a quality investment with proper returns.  Formed in 1996, the company is the longest running Regional Center operator.
